Today's school for tomorrow's leaders

All of us live in the present, but Kuper Academy challenges students to concentrate on the future.
Tomorrow’s leaders will require the right blend of knowledge and judgment.

Kuper Academy’s Preschool, Junior, Middle and Senior School programs provide the fundamental skills and values required for life-long learning, academic achievement and a strong sense of personal growth.

Over a single generation, Kuper Academy has grown into one of the leading independent schools on Montreal’s West Island. It first opened in 1986 as a small elementary school that focused on imaginative learning in a secure, family environment. Recently, Kuper Academy has received an award from Sun Youth recognizing its achievement in providing students with an exceptionally safe campus.

Kuper’s dynamic growth paralleled the rapid development of the West Island community. The nineties marked the beginning of Kuper’s expansion into the middle school years and by 2000 the construction of a modern Senior School building, saw Kuper Academy develop into a complete preschool through secondary level educational facility.  The final expansion phase has been completed adding new facilities to Junior, Middle and Senior schools.  These include new science labs, a new junior school library, a modern music facility with integrated practice rooms, a custom designed art studio, and a state of the art exercise room.

Kuper faculty and staff work hard to ensure a rich and productive environment for all students. Our educators have always taken pride in providing a welcoming atmosphere and Kuper Academy serves families from some 100 different countries of origin. We derive remarkable strength from the rich diversity of people within our community.

Kuper graduates have already begun to establish outstanding reputations within colleges and universities across Quebec, Canada and the United States.
